AWF seeks to keep each and every client thoroughly informed on the scale of charges relating to individual cases and work. Every aspect of our business is based on transparency, and whilst changes may be necessary mid case, or other needs may arise, you will have the opportunity to clearly understand should any extra costs arise throughout your case or scope of works.
We would always try to avoid changing your designated Lawyer mid case. In some instances, this can be necessary. We will only assign a highly qualified Lawyer to follow up your case.
Charges are depends on the seniority and experience of the Lawyer and the complexity, urgency and importance of the case.Our estimate will be based on a specified number of hours of work and, where appropriate, a specified precedent fee. Our charges include advising, attending meetings and administration costs.
In addition to the above, we will also charge for expenses such as travel costs, couriers fees, barristers fees, company search etc.
If the scope of the initial work changes or any complications arises, the client will be immediately informed.
